Bush Brothers acquires Westbrae from Hain

LAKE SUCCESS, NY. — Baked beans maker Bush Brothers & Co., Knoxville, Tenn., has acquired the Westbrae Pure model of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. Monetary phrases of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.

Hain owned the Westbrae enterprise for the previous 25 years, having acquired it in 1997. Westbrae’s merchandise embrace non-dairy drinks, canned beans and soups.
