STAMFORD, CONN. — American Beverage Corp. has acquired Poppilu, a kids’s lemonade model based by a meals trade veteran turned entrepreneur. Monetary phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Chicago-based Poppilu provides a line of reduced-sugar, natural lemonade packaged in pouches and obtainable in authentic lemon, blueberry and peach lemonade flavors. The merchandise are bought nationwide at Walmart and Goal shops and regional grocery chains together with H-E-B, Cease & Store, Big Eagle and others.
