Instructions
- Blend Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Cook Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
