- 2 cups uncooked cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon purple pepper
- 1 teaspoon roasted floor cumin seeds powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
Methodology
- In a big skillet, roast the cashew nuts in oil over low to medium warmth, stirring constantly, till golden brown (seven to eight minutes).
- Switch the cashews to a bowl and allow them to cool till they’re heat (not room temperature, or the spices won’t coat cashews).
- Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the nice and cozy cashews and toss to coat them evenly.
- Retailer the cashews in an hermetic container as soon as they cool to room temperature.
